1. Is this debt review?
a. No not at all we help our clients to get rid of debt review and remove any other negative defaults from their name.
2. Do you then own my property?
a. No, the property remains in you name, your bond is just with us as security.
3. How long does it take before the transaction registers?
a. After LODGEMENT it takes between 7 and 21 days.
4. Will the money be paid into my account?
a. No, we will need statements of all the creditors and then the attorney will settle all the accounts directly with the creditors. You will receive up to R10 000 cash back.
5. Do you settle my current bond as well?
a. Yes, we do, we consolidate all your debt into 1 loan facility.
6. Can I make use of this to do renovations on my property?
a. Yes, you can, we will need a quote, and before and after photos.
7. Will I still be able to have other accounts like Edgars for example?
a. Yes, but we advise you not to. A small account is good, but if you need a loan, please contact us before you go to any other credit provider.
